“C&D” is an acronym, which denotes “Charles and Daniel”; Charles being the
founder and Chief Executive Director, and Daniel being the Special Advisor.
The organization was established by the cooperation of three persons with the
vision and mission of bringing relief to the unemployment challenges in the
African continent which is the root cause of socio economic disorders resulting
in robbery, stealing, murder, suicide, and even rebelling against the government
– this make our society unstable and insecure.
C&D Foundations is a non-bureaucratic organization that makes use of
considerable employee participation and extensive use of temporary groups. The organization is a non-profit but
philanthropic or charitable organization.
The organization uses an organic organizational structure - one that is readily
Adaptable to change.
In such a system, Management have ample confident and trust in subordinates. Decision-making is highly
decentralized; communication not only flows up and down the organization, but
among peers as well.
The aim of the organization is to realize the feasibility of imparting freedom
to all human beings: freedom here means out of poverty by creating job
opportunities and earned income ventures.
C&D Foundations is an organization doing all that is humanly necessary to bring
more employment and wealth in the society by raising funds nationwide. ______________________________
